SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REPAIR

We proudly stand behind all our products and want our customers to be happy. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, and place customer satisfaction at the center of our policy decisions. For more specific information, please refer to our policy guidelines below.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.hopeanchoreddesigns.com may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit towards a future purchase. Please note that all specific sized rings and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to returns@hopeanchoreddesigns.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returned merchandise must be in original unworn condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

REPAIRS

We will gladly repair jewelry purchased on HopeAnchoredDesigns.com within 30 days of purchase.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please send an email to hopeanchoreddesigns@gmail.com. 

SHIPPING & TAX 

We charge a Flat Rate Shipping of $5.50.  All packages are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Free Shipping for all orders over $50. Please give us 10-14 business days to send your jewelry as all jewelry is made to order in our Raleigh studio.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships. 

We are based in Raleigh, NC and charge sales tax for all orders shipped within North Carolina.
